Refund Policy

Each of our products are crafted by hand, making each piece a unique expression of style and individuality. The final product may slightly differ from the picture, adding to their distinct character. Our products are made to order— once you place an order, we commence production from scratch. If you have any special size request and isn't in stock, and/or you do not want final product to look exactly as shown in the picture, reach out to us for a personalised, custom-made creation. 

Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we do not accept returns. We only accept exchange on DORHE garments in the event that you received a damaged product or any quality related issues from our end. Please do refer size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes as product once made cannot be returned for size changes. For personalized guidance on sizing or customisation, our team is available on info@dorhe.in.


To state such issues, you can contact us at  info@dorhe.in with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately.

We have a 7-day inform policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to raise such request/issues; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
