We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to dispatch them according to the product ordered. If you choose the available size option, we typically ship within 3-4 days, while custom make products take 12-14 days to ship. Our team works diligently to craft your item with care to ensure the perfect fit for our customers. Hence, we appreciate your patience. 

Upon placing orders, you will be emailed a confirmation and our shipping partner will reach out to you with tracking details when the product is picked up.
To expedite shipments or to request priority delivery, you may reach us at info@dorhe.in, we will assess the product request and inform you if it can be shipped before the standard duration. Prioritising request may come with an additional cost.
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit.
